The kick-off meeting of the JP-COOPS- “Judicial and Police Cooperation Preventing Radicalization Towards Terrorism” Project was held in Malta on the 15th and 16th of January 2019 and was hosted by the Coordinator of the JP-COOPS project, namely the Department of Information Policy and Governance from the Faculty of Media and Knowledge Sciences at the University of Malta.
During the meeting, the partners established the implementation plan and outlined all matters concerning task responsibilities and first steps, discussed aspects concerning budget distribution, cost eligibility and justificative documents, set an outline of the main strategic documents (Communication Plan, Dissemination Plan, Risk Log, Quality Plan and Impact Evaluation).

TRAINING CONTENT
Objective
To develop basic competences to identify illegitimate mobile device
within prisons and access data in line with the national practices and
legislations.
Specific Objectives
To improve know-how, competences and abilities of different
LEAs, prison and justice operators to integrate digital and cyber
data into the mechanisms of observation of radicalisation as part
of new preventive and investigative models.
